Ingredients:
Idli Rice - 3 cups
Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 5spoons
Curry and coriander leaves
Oota Mirigalu - 5 spoons
Preparation:
1. Wash and soak idli rice and toor dal & urad dhal separately for 4 hours. First, grind toor dal & urad dhal and remove. Next, grind idli rice and remove it to the same container. Add the required salt, mix well and leave it overnight to ferment.
2. Next day, wash and soak moong dal for 1 hour. Add this to the batter and mix well.
3. Ad chopped curry and coriander leaves.
4. Add oota mirigalu. Wash and add it to the batter and mix well.

5. Pat like Uthappam dosa.
6. Tasty Mirigalu Uthappam | Milagu Uthappam is ready. Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
Note:
1. If you do not have oota mirigalu, replace it with ordinary pepper / milagu.
